Keychain Access Question

Hi,

I was wondering what the public and private keys are on my Keychain list. Also what are these ids Application Password keychains? Can I delete the ids key chains? Also com.apple.scopedbookmarksagent.xpc and com.apple.facetime: registrationV1. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I "Reset My Default Keychain" Now they're gone.
