I have over 100 entries in my Keychain for iMessage Encryption Keys and iMessage Signing Keys.

Can I delete these without any side effects?

Yes you can... but you may need to login to Messages again. I have deleted all those a couple times and they keep coming back and accumulating. A bug I guess.

Why would you want to delete them in the first place?
There seems to be a bug where they replicate and accumulate. You can see my screenshot on Sierra. I have deleted them before, and they come back. I'm just ignoring them now and they don't seem to hurt anything other than cluttering up the Keychain.
