Keychain is cross browser/platform now right? Ok to dump Lastpass?

I've been using Lastpass mainly for a number of years due to the cross platform/browser/device capability. But keep seeing some breach stories out there.

From what I understand, Keychain now can work in Chrome on both PC and Mac. Is that true? If so, since I'm an iPhone/Mac user, would it be better to move entirely from Lastpass to Keychain? Curious if others have done the same or similar now. Thanks!

It is true.

You can use the iCloud Passwords in all chromium based webbrowsers on MacOS!

I ditched Lastpass about a year ago to go with Keychain. All has been well.

I just wish Apple let PC users import their passwords into Keychain. It's kind of insane that they don't, because moving passwords over to Keychain is a good way to get more people locked into the Apple ecosystem.
