While the 1M and the 2M charger cables are nice, anyone else besides me looking for one no longer than 2-3 inches, like the NomadKey that can be put on your keychain? Keeping a 1M cable in your bag or can be a little unwieldy, especially when you want to plug it into a very nearby portable battery.

I'm sure there will be some soon. I'll be the first (I mean second) to pick one up. Quick top off in the car... a little boost wherever there's a spare USB port... perfect!

A short cable for travel would be nice but not sure I would want the disk on keychain...a bit big for that.

The lowest end of day battery I've had (in the 4 days I've worn it) is 25% so needing a "top" off cable for midday use probably won't be needed unless I forget to charge overnight but that's sort of unlikely....I plug in iPhone, iPad, Laptop before bed every night.

The disc part is a bit big, but no bigger than the width of a head of a key. It's the thickness that makes it harder to deal with, so if they could make it slimmer, then all the better it will be.

Also, because it'll be on a keychain, the USB cable part has to be more secure so the head doesn't rip from a bending cable. I would suggest a "teardrop" shape so it's more solid and sturdy.

I'd be interested in one... but considering how much they are charging for the cable... there must be some apple coding in there that makes it special. I can only imagine the price!

I'll stick with an extra cable for now. My bug out bag has all the other cables and my keychain has that Nomad charger for both the Lightning and Micro USB ends. It's gotten some buddies out of jams when they've killed their phones batteries prematurely.
