I have been using 2FA for my LinkedIn account, using Apple keychain to generate the authentication code.
I recently changed my LinkedIn password. After that, the verification code in Apple keychain was no longer available. There was just a "Set Up..." button. I had to sort through this with LinkedIn support to regain access to my account.
Is this a known/common problem, that changing the password for an account deletes the 2FA feature for that particular entry in Apple keychain? Is there a workaround?
I am using iOS 17.5.1 and also my iPad and Mac are up to date. I am using the family share feature.
