i like how at the end, he says the the 3gs and ipod 3G will run "pretty much" every feature in os4. He then says that the 3gs and ipod 3G will run every feature "youve seen today" obviously, theres going to be a new iphone, but i really hope the rest of the features that are not in the developers "PREVIEW" are amazing.

Another note, when engadget specifically asked for glance-able info, widgets and better notification management, he said "anythings possible"

i really believe they are saving a lot of the great UI changes for wwdc in june.
