I am trying to run Keynote and it starts up, but then I cannot enter anything because "there is a new version."
However, the new version requires macOS 13. The App Store recognizes it and only provides an off to "Open" the current app.

Has anybody seen this and found a workaround? It might be related to using it under OCLP.

Great hint! Thanks!

I guess, the App Store was confused by the latest version installed on my Sonoma Volume. Instead of offering to update, it just said, Open! So I presumed that it had topped out.

The latest is 13, which Monterey can handle, and I had 11. It was a holdover from my Catalina base system.

--> I just noticed that Monterey tops at 13.1 for iWork apps, while Ventura and Sonoma are at 13.2
