keypad locking the mail app? possible?

is there a way to keypad lock restrict more apps than the ones that are listed in the iphone general lock settings?

I mainly need the mail app locked.

If your phone is jailbroken you can lock specific apps using an app downloaded from Cydia. LockDown I believe it is called.

While not as clean as the default settings app locking.
Lockdown will work.
