Keyword Export from Photos

I've noticed that my keywords from Apple Photos on Big Sur don't end up in exported JPEGs, despite the setting to do so being checked. This worked nicely in Catalina and was handy for Flickr uploads, where they became tags.

Anyone else, or is there a new setting that I'm missing?

Seeing the same here on my end, in a clean install of Big Sur.

Most likely a bug. I'll let others confirm, however. (Yes, I had keywords checked in the Export dialog.)

I am seeing the same thing.

I recently upgraded to Big Sur and this is a really annoying bug! Really hoping 11.3 fixes it.
