General Khmer fonts in iOS 9.1 (need your kind help)

Dear all friends.!

First I apologise to be here for this post, but I trust you may help.
I am from Cambodia, we use Khmer fonts in iOS. However there were few bugs for our Khmer fonts since iOS 8 and till iOS 9GM.
Fortunately iOS 9.1 beta1 is around; I am in hope that Apple would fix those bugs.

So may you kindly help? Just view my post on your iOS 9.1 and screenshot my post - then you update here?

It's good but to see a fellow Cambodian here. I'm on 9.1 public beta right now and unfortunately it's still not fixed which is frustrating.

Hello, anyone here with iOS 9.1 beta 2 help to screenshot the threat #1 of mine? Because I want to know if the Khmer font bug is fixed.

How is it supposed to look ? On my Mac (Chrome and Safari) and my iPhone (9.1b2) it looks the same as what I see on your screenshot
