Anyone else?

All along i have been thinking that it will be quick and easy. I hope it's still that way. I mean, i'm going to a kind of a small AT&T store but they are located in extremely busy.

Anyone in the same boat?

I don't have the time to camp out all day. Well i could but...

I plan on leaving around 4, think that should be early?

i'm doing the same... except i'm going to leave at 5, haha.

i have like 5 other locations to go to if the first one doesn't work out.

i don't see why I wouldn't get one, but I'm still pretty anxious about it.

I'm going to check my local at&t store periodically during the day, and then finally staying there around 4/430. if this 30 phone thing is true, i dont want to have what happened to me when i was camping out for the wii. when they finally gave out the tickets, i was the 1st person to not get one, after the person in front of me was given a ticket by an ebayer.

I'm anxious too. My first choice is an indoor mall w/ an Apple store (its supposed to be 107 tomorrow). I'll show up at noon, and see how long the lines are, if its less than 100 I'll come back, otherwise I'll be in line for the next six hours. Hopefully the mall security guys dont give me **** about my camping chair (I'm not standing for six hours straight).

The next choice is outdoor at&t stores near my house, but I'd rather only sit outside for a few hours in the heat.

I'm leaving at 4.

I have mapped out the locations carrying the phone, and I'm confident that I can get it because there are a LOT of AT&T locations in my area including the 5th Ave. Apple store...which is my last resort.

My only concern is that people can buy TWO, and on the news, almost everyone interviewed said they are buying two. But if all else fails, online will do.

I've been anxious for a while now. We're out of town (live in San Antonio) where we had a large Apple store and more at&t stores then you can count and are up in Wisconsin (visiting family) where the closest Apple store is an hour away (Milwaukee Grand Opening today at 6pm, so it will be a zoo!) and the closest at&t store is 30 mins away in a very small town. The next closest at&t is 20 mins away from the first and so on....

I'm planning on calling at&t at 10am to find out if there's a line, if there is, I'm heading that way immediately, if not, I'll be getting there around noon and staying for the duration. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I can get one today. If all else fails I will go to the new Apple store and deal with the crowds since they will be open until midnight and since it is a grand opening, I'm hoping they'll have a larger number of units.

If I was a smartassed att/apple employee, I'd say "THE LINE IS OUT THE DOOR!!" (which would be techincally true since the line begins outside the door). Anything to irk the masses.

From what ive been reading, most AT&T stores have been quiet with no real queues forming. It might actually be your best bet to get one.
