Kinda IRONIC!

I use my iMac G3 all time run safari 4 etc then I sync my iPhone with my air and on the go use the web etc. And my new macbook pro is rarly used at all unless im gaming. Never thought that I go from slowest to fastest oh well!

If I had any of those three machines, I'd go with the MacBook Pro because it's powerful enough for most of my tasks, portable, and a decently-sized screen. It could also replace the two computers I have now well enough.

I'm more prone to the desktops, mainly cuz I have always had one. and from what I have read it seems that the MB pro is a lot faster/powerfull than the iMac. I'm still amazed at what my mini can do for such a small system, so to me I guess I stick with an iMac.....

I don't think it's that ironic. You're using the desktop for its intended purpose. If my macbook is in the same room as the iMac, I naturally go to the desktop. After all, why take the time to open the lid when you can go right to the screen?

I have an intel iMac, a MacBook Pro and a MacBook Air. My MacBook Air gets about 4 or 5 times as much use as any of my other computers because it is so darn convenient.

I still use my iMac G3 400 MHz Graphite every day. It's very lucky, it was the first computer in the US to tether with the iPhone over AT&T.
