Hi guys,

I just want to ask, will the Kingston Data Traveler Ultimate 3.0 work with the 11 inch Macbook Air, without having to use the Y-cable?

Thanks Guys!
:)

Thanks for the info, how are the read/write speeds?

Read write speeds will vary by the card you get for it. I believe I have seen up to Class 10 16GB cards. I have a class 4 and speeds are certainly acceptable for a flash drive....much better than my sandisk sticks...

Anybody know if a VMWare virtual machine file can be saved / run from the little elgato/sdcard. I have a few different VM files that would be perfect for this scenario to save space.

Any experience with this? I know it works with the 13" and the built in SD card reader, but this would be a great alternative when I occasionally NEED to use internet explorer.
