After giving Windows another shot, I´m back with you nice guys :)
It seems like impossible to get a new Samsung SM951 these days, som I´m wondering if the mentioned SSD will work in my MP. I´m pretty sure it will work, but want to be 100% sure, before I pay the premium price here in Denmark. I´ve a adaptercard for the drive.

Got a basic MP 5,1 from the bay - opgrading in progress...

You should be perfectly fine with the SSD, its the correct AHCI standard. Its basically the "pre"- 951 version.
As long as you have the right adapter card, you should be fine. If you are a kind of collector person, - one who likes to pimp his 5.1 - than you should have a look at the Anglebird px1 card. That is the pimp adapter card, equipped with a model like LED lighting system and a nice aluminium heat sink for your PCIE blade. In my opinion, the only viable option out there when it comes to a prosper cooled PCIE-SSD Turbo, to keep that ol tower in the best shape ever.
