Hi,
I live in the UK and there are not too many RAM brands here that do 2GB chips - most shops only show Crucial, PNY and Kingston. The Kingston website charge £170 for 2*2GB chips, an online shop sells it for £130. The difference is that the online shop calls the RAM: 'Kingston Value RAM'.
Is there a difference? Part number is: KVR667D2S5/2G
The Kingston website lists a 2Gb chip as: KTA-MB667/2G
Im guessing they are different as the part numbers are not the same, but do they really sell 'ValueRAM' or is it a con?
Thanks,
neil
