Knights and Merchants: audio, no video.

HELP.

I recently bought Knights and Merchants: the shattered kingdom. However it does not work. My friend has a Macbook pro running on Snow Leopard and it works for him.
I have a Macbook that was running on Leopard and once the game started up i only had audio and no video. The desktop remained visual.
I upgraded my operating system to Snow leopard, in hope that it would work. I was fairly confident that it would.
However the same problem still occurred.
If anyone knows any reason for this or any way to fix it please comment.

Help!

I'm having exactly the same problem. I installed a new hard drive into my IMAC and everything is working fine. Updated to Snow Leopard and now Knights and Merchants is loading the audio but no video Any help would be much appreciated!
