I see i can buy Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic on the App Store, my question is can I run it on my 2011 iMac with OSX Lion. I keep hearing issues involving Mac OS Extended (Case Sensitive) issues and I'm not sure what that means.

Says this on the system requirements here http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/star-wars-knights-old-republic/id416608891?mt=12

"This game is not supported on volumes formatted as Mac OS Extended(Case Sensitive)"

Please Help, I really wanna play it. lol

If you never formatted your internal HDD, and even if, you can play the game.

"Case-sensitive" refers to a formatting choice, which is not even selected as standard when formatting a drive.
