I was installing snow leopard again. I used the install disk to install tiger and when it restarted it a blue screen would appear and then shortly after i would get a kernal panic. I cant boot in safe mode or I get a kernal panic. I have 3 internal drives. What do I do?

Why are you installing 10.4 when you are re-installing 10.6??? Boot to 10.6 disc. Install. You also have given zero specs. Mac Pro model, type of bootable media, etc.
When I try to boot from my 10.6 disk all that happens is it loads on the startup screen with the apple logo forever. So I planned to install tiger to one of my blank drives and then upgrade to snow leopard from there. It is a quad core 2006 with 12gigs of RAM.
Gotcha. You could have a bad DVD or superdrive. Can you verify the media in something else? A bad DVD will keep the 10.6 install problematic whether you get 10.4 up and running or not. If you get 10.4 up and running you still need to re-boot to the DVD to install 10.6 and you are just adding a step as you can't even upgrade 10.4 to 10.6 without going to 10.5 in between.
Actually the 10.6 disk is a copy of the original which i received with my mac and the original says it does not work. I wouldn't mind using tiger and the snow leopard window would appear if I had it in but I just can't boot from it. How could I verify the media?
