Lag in iPhoto slideshows?

Hey guys, just bought a new mac mini 2.5ghz

love it so far, switched from pc

however one question, does everyone experience lag in iphoto slideshows? (like holiday mobile theme etc)

is it because it's just not capable or what?

thanks!
