iPhone 14/Plus lag when I charge my iphone

Hello Everyone , Do you think it's normal that there is this lag every time I charge my iPhone?? knowing that it is a new phone with 100% battery, I had this lag on my iPhone 13 and now on my iPhone 14, knowing that I tried with 2 original chargers and still the same problem every time I plug it in
