Lagging Mouse?

I have a 2009 5.1 mac pro. I upgraded the Bluetooth and wifi and have a few issues still. Whenever I plug my Razer Mouse in it sends the computer into a endless crash loop. When I plug mY Logitech in its very laggy and hardly works... Do I have to wait for third party drivers or should I downgrade back to El Capitan?

Have you installed razors synapse software? I installed it and experienced the same problem. But after a I uninstalled it, the problem has disappeared

I have the same problem with my Magic Mouse, so I don't think it's due to mouse drivers.
