laggy widgets

Hi. I just updated to macOS sequoia and the widget animations are just laggy and not smooth. Here's the video of it.
Is this normal or what?

I don't see the problem in your video.. But it's true that the last update really slowed down the whole OS. My MacBook Pro M3 has Wi-Fi issues and delays everywhere, for example if I right click the menu takes like 3 seconds to open and if I want to stop video on YouTube with a space bar it takes a few seconds to stop too. Truly horrible.

I don't have this issue.

That behavior is intended. But you can change it in settings
