Lame Apple.. can I get a new phone?

So I bought a 4gb iphone like a month ago..

is there any way i can break it without voiding warrenty so maby apple will fix it and give me a new one...

now that the 4 gb iphone is gone.. they might give me an 8 GB replacement.. because ill demand a new one not a refurbished one??
