Laminar has released Space Shuttle, wow.

The guys who made x-plane have released Space Shuttle. All I have to say is wow, and it's a fairly inexpensive simulator. Please don't complain about how it isn't a game, because that would be accurate. It is a simulator, not a game.

It's fantastic, and well worth the money at $1.99

I just purchased this right now (as well as that AC-130 game).

The iTunes reviews say the update took out the ability to see the earth after launch, but unless I'm missing something, I can see the ground clearly.

I'm a total sucker for anything NASA, or space-related, so I'm loving this app. I admit though, my first thoughts went to the ill-fated Challenger explosion when I hit play.

I have this problem. Before the SRB separation the Earth disappears. Can see stars very nicely, but spoils the overall effect.

More of a problem is that on the full re-entry and long final approach the earth cannot be seen, meaning these 2 parts of the sim are unplayable. Have emailed the devs and included screenshots...
