Language apps?

Does anyone know what are some great language apps? Japanese in particular.

Also is there some kind of dictionary to look up Kanji that gives both the Japanese word and English translation?

Yeah, this stupid phone needs a kanji dictionary.

So it doesn't have that, nor is it in the making? I'll just buy the Kanji dictionary for the DS then.

It doesn't have one now, but remember that not all developers are going to come here and let you know. I had a good one on jailbroken 1.1.4, and I'm hoping it shows up on 2.0, but I've also got a good webapp. Just search for Japanese dictionary iPhone on Google, it'll pop up.
