Laptop as additional monitor?

I have a studio running x2 monitors with one as an extended display.
Is it possible to also use my M1 16” MacBook as an additional extended third display if needed?

Have you checked into screen mirroring? It lets you use iPad as external monitor, but not sure if it allows you to also use MacBook Pro as external monitor.
