laptop not booting

Hi. I have a kanga. Today I walked up to it and moved the mouse. Nothing happened. Pressed the keyboard. Nothing. I Unplugged it and plugged it back in. Now it just boots to a grey screen. It will boot if I reset the PRam. Is my pram battery dead? Help!

Try this:

Shut down your laptop, unplug your power, take off the battery ,and then press the power button for like 5 seconds or so.

After you done all of above, try to start up the computer as usual.
