Largest 7,200 RPM HD?

I was wondering, what is the largest 7,200 RPM harddrive I could get in my 12" PowerBook?

i think the largest 2.5" HDD is 100GB, but they're pretty pricey. I don't know if it would work in your powerbook, though.

I reckon it'd be cheaper to buy an external 3.5", where the current max is 750GB.
