Yes, I know the event starts in 20 minutes. I think they are going to put a higher-tier M2 chip in the 14 inch MacBook Pro and create a less powerful version of the MacBook air and bring an 11 inch and 13 inch MacBook with lower end M2 chips than what the Air will have.

The M2 rumor never made sense.

1. M1 family rollout wasn't even complete.
2. TSMC hasn't even started volume production of N4.
3. As Kuo stated, why would Apple put M2 in an obsolete chassis?

The M2 "leaks" were fun while it lasted, but it was never more than a wild dream.

I can see your perspective in this case. I didn't see the M1 Ultra coming. If there was a leak, I didn't see it. Not that it matters too much to me, I'm still rocking my 2012 unibody MacBook Pro.
