Late 2012 21" iMac - What Upgrade Options?

So, I know that I'm limited on things I trust myself to do - pretty much nothing.

Given that, what are some bang-for-the-buck upgrades that I can pay to have someone do?

I have the nVidia GT 650m 512MB GPU, 2.9 Ghz i5 CPU, 1 TB spinning drive, 8 GB RAM.

I charged $120 labor + parts.
