Hi ALL. I am in need of a new hinge on my Late 2012 27" Imac. I custom ordered it back in 2012 with a 500GB SSD .. Being Apple has to take it apart to repair the hinge I figured it would be a good time to upgrade the SSD to 1TB ... Will Apple do this? I read that the SSD is not upgradable .. Is this true? If so Ill get a hinge repair thingy on Amazon... and leave it alone. Fix one problem and they may break 2 others.. taking the screen off. Thanks for any replies.
