i never seen one, i'm sure OWC mac sales would have sold one.
my mini 2012 wifi was good, excellent with a better router.

Expobill is right.

2 of our many computers are 2012's and upgrading the router was a big speed boost for every thing in the house.

If you are running an older router, (3yrs or so), change it out for latest tech, then go from there. We went with a Netgear R-6700 from Amazon.

Probably going to need to go for a USB e ternal solution like this.

USB Wifi Adapter 1200Mbps TECHKEY USB 3.0 Wifi Dongle 802.11 ac Wireless Network Adapter with Dual Band 2.4GHz/300Mbps+5GHz/866Mbps 5dBi High Gain Antenna for Desktop Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10 Linux Mac https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07J65G9DD/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_tXe8CbH41EDPK

I have actually had some pretty good luck with these types of adapters.

Is there a 802.11ac wifi card that I can put in my Late 2012 Mac Mini? Thanks.

Instead of purchasing an add on USB wifi device just use a compatible Wifi ac router. Many modern Wifi 802.11ac routers can be turned into bridged mode or as access points using the router settings. You can use the 1Gb Ethernet port on the Mini to connect a Cat7 Ethernet interconnect cable to a 1Gb Ethernet port on the compatible Wifi ac router and set that router to bridge or access point mode in order to connect via 5Ghz ac wireless to your main 802.11ac Wifi router. This should give you much improved wireless range and optimal transfer speeds compared to when you use the 2012 Mini's built in Wifi.

I agree. And most USB adapters cause kernel panics.
