Hi there,
My iMac was fried by lightning :(
Apple store pulled the 1TB SSD for me.
I didn't really think about the fact it was proprietary...
I believe it's an NVMe drive?
Q: Is there any enclosure that I can put it in to see if I can recover the Data?
The OWC people seem to think the envoy pro won't work.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Wonder why Transcend do not include the iMac as a Mac model identifer?

Think TB would be simple plug and play.

compatibility is mentioned only in regard to the SSD delivered with the thunderbolt-case. replacing the iMac's internal SSD is a bit tricky. the thunderbolt case is compatible with any Mac equipped with a thunderbolt port.
