Late 2015 27” iMac won’t Start up. HELP

Hi all,

I did a shutdown on my late 2015 27” iMac. It has 32GB RAM and 2TB Fusion drive. When I restarted, it took a while on the progress bar (~ 5+minutes) and came to the weird screen. See picture.

I tried this several times and ended up with the same issue. I run the disk diagnostics and all disks seem to be ok. I tried to go to safe mode, it came back to the same place.

has any of you experienced this?
what needs to be done?

Restarting and holding down Left Shift, Left Ctrl, Left Option, and power button for 10s appears to resolve the issue.

I ran the diagnostic after and found no issue.
