Late 2015 5k iMac - video playback green screen ?

27" 5k iMac with the standard AMD M390 2 GB GPU.
Everything works fine apart from 2 hours or so after being turned on, video playback is green including on websites. YouTube is fine.

Reboot corrects the issue for another hour or two. Tried NVRAM/PRAM and SMC reset.

Any ideas - hopefully it's a software fault rather than graphics. Upgraded to a 1TB SSD a few months back. Apart from that, it's stock.

P.S. I'm running 2 monitors as well. One being a 24" Apple Cinema display - the other a 27" Dell.
