Latest Catalina beta breaks Wikipedia functionality in Dictionary?

I just updated to 10.15.2 Beta (19C32e) on both of my Macs and Wikipedia articles no longer load in Dictionary.

Does anyone else have this problem?

I have this issue on both on the 10.15.2 Beta and a release version of 10.15.1. Feedback submitted.
