Reply that I received last night:

Hey... Thanks again for your interest

Apple has required us to make a few changes to the app in order for it to be approved. None of these changes will affect what we've promised the app will do, but we need to make them. We're working on the updates now, but I don't have any specific timetable for when the app will finally be available as that is mostly up to Apple.

Hi J,

Sorry to bug you again but any word back from bone-head Apple? ;)

I can say that since the App Store has been around, this is
easily my most anticipated app.

Thanks,

B

Still hope yet!

So.. reading into that, Apple found a bunch of private APIs in the application suggesting that the app is poorly coded or is attempting to do something it shouldn't.

Great.
