Running latest beta on my iPhone 7 and th battery is pretty bad at the moment. There doesn't seem anything specific to point the problem to but definitely noticeable compared to previous iterations.
Anyone else having battery issues.

good on plus, still trying to figure out if its charging faster cause of the new beta or cause i switched from stock mail app (with push on 4 accounts) to "email" from easydo for testing (with push on 5 accounts, gmail is the addition)..

I experienced the same issue and for that reason, I reverted back to beta 2.

Right away the battery drain is normal.

Mine has actually improved. Are you on Beta 3?

I also changed the location services for weather app to "Never" and deleted it though. I found this drained my battery ALOT even when I wasn't using the phone. I'd wake up from 100% down to 80% but since doing this I haven't had any random battery drain.

I went from terrible battery to great battery life on the latest beta, got 12:43hours of usage on my last charge.

I'm on whatever is the latest public beta. I've also noticed the phone warming up at times when it wouldn't before. I've tried the usual clearing the memory, force restart and normal restart. Hoping the next beta will sort it.

Get rid of the FB app. I guarantee you thats your problem. App store is only at of usage and 1 minute of background. That is not your problem.

I know the Facebook app is renowned for draining resources but I've always had background refresh off for the app and the usual auto play off as well so it's never been a massive issue before. The problem defo seems like an OS issue.

What's ridiculous there?

Even with background refresh and push notifications off, and the app closed out, it still runs in the background. Its notorious for doing that.

Well, that typically would show up in battery usage, which doesn't seem to be the case in the battery usage that was attached earlier.

Not always. In the past, I have noticed a decent battery drain from just having the stupid app installed. No mention of it under battery stats, which made it very difficult to find the root cause. I started deleting apps one by one and finally realized that it was FB/Messenger related. Haven't had the apps installed on my device since.

Interesting. I've experimented before with not hat having the Facebook apps installed and having them installed (and not using them for a few days), and at least for me, there really wasn't a noticeable battery difference between those two scenarios.

1 min open and background using 13% battery, how is that not ridiculous.

Don't worry about the %. It doesn't mean much. It doesn't mean it consumed 13% of the battery. I don't know why they even bother including the percent. It just confuses things.
