Latest MBP C2D Build

So. Finally, the day has come. I have ordered my first ever Mac, a MBP C2D 2.33Ghz, 15" Glossy.

I'm concerned about the issues that have been plaguing MBPs all over.

How do I tell what build week my MBP will be? It is expected to ship in a couple of days, so obviously it will be build week whatever this week is.

I'll post a thread about the build quality when it comes.

Sorry. I'm getting the 15". The 17 was just too big for what I wanted. Plus too expensive

When it arrives you'll find the serial number in 'System Profiler'. The third character is the year and fourth and fifth are the week number.

But seriously don't go looking for problems. You'll notice something that you never would have otherwise, and then it will drive you crazy for as long as you own the machine.
