Latest update

Hello all,

I accidentally installed the latest update for the ATV 2gen. I've been trying for hours to restore back to 4.4.4. Are there any suggestion you may have? Also I don't have any SHSH blob saved from past firm ware. I've tried to restore from downloading past firmware found on the web, but continue to recieve an error message the it can't complete due to an error 3194.

Plan B.

1. Restore your Apple TV to a working state and sell it on Craigslist.
2. Find another party on Craigslist that's selling an un-updated Apple TV.
3. Live and learn.

I know I'm not the only one going through this. Just trying to some was to fix this.

If you've previously jailbroken then the old firmware should still be on your computer.
Pretty sure you should be able to edit your hosts file using the instructions here and then re-install/re-jailbrake.
