macOS launch .sh automatically

Hello,

I'm novice in Mac OSX. I have an Imac with Snow Leopard, I want to launch automatically an .sh file.

Now I use the terminal and tape : openbravopos-2.30 sarlysos$ sh start.sh

For launch the file start.sh who is in the directory openbravo-2.30

How to launch automatically ? It's possible to launch automatically by automator but I do not know how to make ?
