Launcher / Dock utlitiy reccomendations

I dont' like the dock as it oppereates out of the box. I have tried many utulities that add different features, but loose functionality.

Here's what I'm looking for:

*Application that resides in dock preferabbly, but could be in menu bar, floating window or pallete as well
*hirarchial menus for applications (a la os 9)
-links to aliases or programs must be symbolic (dynamically updated), many programs use direct links, which suck and are broken easily
- able to create menu headers and sperations between catagories of menues

any suggestions?

also, is there a way to get multple docs working simultaniusly. (one at bottom, two on both sides of screen). I'm not looking for imitation docs, but multiple, simultanious apple os x docs....

i would also appreciate any reccomendations for launchers, altenrative finders, gui skins etc.

but most importantly dock / launcher apps......

Any recomendations?

well, i just posted, and i still want help and reccomendations, but i think i found what i'm looking for.

very flexible, very easy to use, very powerful, extremely customizable

launcher, applicaion switcher and all.

now for that dock.....
