Launchpad icons blurry?

Installed El Capitan on a MacBook Pro, and icons in Launchpad are blurry. I've tried multiple solutions which I found through Google: refreshing it through Terminal, changing resolution back and forth, dragging icons into Launchpad icon, but it hasn't fixed anything...

The icons in Dock and desktop are sharp.

Super crisp here on both retina display and thunderbolt display. Are they noticeably blurry? Retina display?

Figured out what was causing it - Dock. I made is slightly smaller, and then changed it back to original size, and the icons because sharp again. Seems like this issue has been around for years.
