Launchpad needs a Finder icon

I use Launchpad a lot since it’s so easy to access with a trackpad gesture.

But… I wish I could click on a Finder icon in Launchpad.

Any thoughts?

Maybe this will work? I tested it and it works for me (Monterey 12.6.1).
