LCD color setting

In Systems Preference, I can pick the color setting for the LCD screen on my G4 notebooks. In general, which option is recommended, Color LCD or Adobe RGB (1998)? Color LCL seems to have higher gamma while Adobe RGB seems have more richer color.

If you don't use Photoshop with an AdobeRGB colourspace, or if you don't have a camera that will capture in AdobeRGB, then I'd set it for color LCD, but that's only a guess.

I use both PS CS2 and Camera Raw (with my Canon D30), which is set up with Adobe RGB. I can set up the color setting to Adobe RGB (1998) within in PS or Bridge.

But, I am curious to know if the others are also using Adobe RGB (1998) as a system-wide color scheme on Mac. The defauls is LCD Color.
