Wow. Huh. Yeah, definitely "prototype." No way they're letting hardware out with a casing that ugly and bulky on it. But the software makes it look like it's probably legit.

that black bolt-on outer frame is just to hide the true shape, like the auto companies put tape and such on a new car model to disguise the final shape.

you take that off, and you've got a nice thin giant iPhone.
