I'm Looking for a site that does online training like VTC or Lynda that will do programing training for the mac programing languages like coca... any one got any good sources?

Cocoa isn't a language it is a set of APIs.
The language you want to learn is Objective-C and http://developer.apple.com/mac/ has some good documents on getting started.
I downloaded the docs but reading and understanding are two very different things. do you know a site that does Objective-C training?
Ok so I download all the Podcast, but there is a slight problem. hes running the wrong version of X code... not his fault but still im on v3.1.2
and hes on v2.3. is there no uptodate classes for the current Xcode.... video. i have the docs and they are not easy to fallow for us who are just learning to code. i found some youtube junk but they only show you how to write small programs and dont really expand on any of the issues of what going in the the apps.

Your best bet is to buy these two books:
