I originally got the leather link in M/L and returned it, because I thought it too large. The longer strap wrapped around enough to completely cover the shorter one and touch the watch on the other side. So, I then ordered the S/M, and now I question if it's too small. It only overlaps about 5 or 6 of the bumps. It seems okay, but it doesn't take much of a tug to pull it off, since not many of the magnets are touching. Anyone else have this experience and advice on what to do? Obviously, they offer enough sizes to fit most people in their watch bands, but an actual M from the S, M, L in the leather link would probably fit better for me.

Some people have the same issue with the sport strap.. M/L is almost to the tightest adjustment and the S/M is almost at the loosest..

Personally, the S/M is perfect for me. It overlaps by about 12 "pills" at its tightest, and feels really snug and secure. I can't pull it off from the front, I have to deliberately peel the bottom half off of the top half.

It sounds to me like the M/L was a better fit for you. Maybe you just needed to adjust it some to get it just right? I know with my S/M size, I need to adjust it some to get it to that sweet spot.

I went with the M/L for my 40mm AW S4. I wear a S/M in most other bands, but the leather link is sized differently. I get 10 to 11 overlapping pills, and it's really secure. That leaves about 6 exposed pills on the short side. I can see how this might not be a good band for someone who is right in between the S/M and the M/L. I would say go with the larger size for a more secure fit, but if the M/L is too long then the S/M might work if you can get enough overlap to avoid easily pulling off the watch. I would test putting on and taking off jackets, sweaters, etc. to see if it's going to be a problem with less overlap. With 8 or more pills overlapping it's hard to imagine accidentally pulling the watch off. Once you get below 6 or 7 I'm not sure.

I know I‘m a bit late but may I ask what‘s your wrist size? Thank you!
