Hi all, after some opinions.

Was an iPhone user since the 4, but when the 5s was announced I switched over to android for the note 3. Loved the bigger screen an battery life is/was much better (for me).
Its been about 9 months but recently I feel I want to get the 5s. I get bored quickly and I still can't get to grips with android. I own iMac, 2 MacBooks, couple of iPads in the house, apple tv and to be honest although the note works ok with them, its not the same as an iPhone would work.
Im due an upgrade, can get the 5s for nothing by extending contract for another 2 years but plan on selling it and the note 3 if the 6 is as wonderful as its supposed to be when it arrives.

Anyone else left android to come back to iOS and iPhone? I know the battery life (from what I've read on the forums) and screen size haven't improved since the 5 but I still feel an urge to get one!

Thanks in advance

The screen is way too small, and you will find that especially so having been used to a Note 3.
I would wait a few months for the iPhone 6.

Agreed. After being on the Note 3 for so long, I don't think you would be happy coming back to iOS right now. Wait a few months and then get back. But I do think you should be back on Apple, especially with all your other Apple products.

Good luck!

I went from a 5s to a note 3, I never thought I'd get used to it but after a time I can't go back. When I have to use my wifes 5s I cannot believe I ever did anything on that postage sized screen. iOS is the better OS IMO, but it's wasted on that tiny screen.

Thanks everyone, guess I should look at some youtube and try and get used to the android way of doing things!
My wife has my old iphone 5, I play about with it occasionally and the screen isn't too bad, it's more the lack of a "back" button I struggle with now! Even on my ipad I go for a phantom back button!

Thanks again

The back button can be a problem. But then again, most iPhone users are used to the home button that doesn't exist on all Android phones. Or they keep trying to swipe back or hit the top right corner of the screen and it does nothing...

Sold the Note 3 and held unto the 5S for awhile which I also had at the same time using it only as a phone basically and the Note 3 as a tablet. Feeling I should not settle for that nor was it very practical, I sold the 5S and now have the S5.

All is well using that as my daily driver. :)

Ah the s5, that was also a consideration for me but I honestly seem to struggle with how to customise android and the 16gb memory is a problem for me. I have a 6th card in my note but there is 15.7gb on the phone I can't move! Labelled as others! Assuming that's the apps and stuff but I don't have that many to be honest.
I think I just want a new gadget to be honest! I can't get the note to play nice with iphoto, and I don't like how I can't view the images when I hook it up to the mac, I just get the file names. I guess I prefer the way my iPhones did before.

How you getting on with the memory on the s5?

I have an iPhone 5 and Note 3. I usually go two weeks one each device. Going back to my iPhone 5 screen size is difficult...its soooo small, but I love iOS more than Android, though.

I have a Note 3 also and am thinking about coming back to the iPhone as well but only for the 6. I'm waiting to see what I think about it once it's announced.
