"Leave This Conversation" not working

Im trying to leave a group text and it doesnt seem to be working.

I go into the details page of the group text and hit "Leave this Conversation" and then I go back to the main text and it says "You left the conversation" but as soon as someone send a reply to the group I show back up in the message.

Can somebody help me remove myself from the group message?

Is this a group iMessage conversation, or are some in the group not using iMessage?

Im not sure but Im guessing that makes a difference

You can't. It's been asked before. Once you're in a group chat with iPhone and Androids mixed you cannot block these texts.

If you text and it is blue then that means it is an iMessage conversation with only iPhones and you are allowed to leave but if its green that means an Android phone is in the group and you can't leave

You should be able to at least put the conversation on DND so that new messages from it don't bother you.
